1. RETURN WINDOW & ELIGIBILITY

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible:
- The product was purchased within the last 30 days;
- The product is unused, undamaged, unaltered, and in its original condition and packaging;
- You have obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from TSURT Support before sending anything back; and
- The item is not listed as non-returnable below.

2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately (and within 30 days of delivery) at support@tsurt.com with your order number and photos, and we will make it right.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following are non-returnable and non-refundable:

- Gift Cards
- Headwear
- Health & Personal Care items
- Jewelry
- Posters
- Pre-Orders
- Programs
- Sale Items
- Software
- Swimwear
- Video Games
- Blind Bags / Boxes (a.k.a. Fukubags, FukuBoxes, Mystery Bags, Mystery Boxes)
Media / digital download products:
- We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product has been sent. If you have trouble receiving or downloading a product, contact us for assistance.
- Recorded media, including but not limited to CDs, DVDs, vinyl, and cassettes, are non-refundable.

5. SHIPPING COSTS ON RETURNS

- Original shipping charges and any duties are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for the cost of return freight (unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

6. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [10] business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to post. Sale items cannot be refunded; only regular-priced items are eligible.

8. EU/UK CONSUMERS — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase of eligible goods within the legally prescribed period.
