4. PAYMENTS
----------------------------------------------------------------
Payments are handled by third-party processors. We do not store or collect your full payment card details; that information is provided directly to our processors, whose handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies. Our processors adhere to the standards set by the PCI-DSS, which help ensure the secure handling of payment information.
----------------------------------------------------------------
5. ANALYTICS AND ADVERTISING (GOOGLE, META, TIKTOK)
----------------------------------------------------------------
We use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and server-side "conversions" interfaces to measure site performance and to deliver and measure advertising, including retargeting. Where required by law (including in the EEA, the UK, and certain US states), we obtain consent before these non-essential technologies are activated, and we honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC). See the Cookie & Tracking Technologies Policy and our US State Privacy Notice for how to exercise choices.
Google (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads):
We use Google Tag Manager to manage tags, Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site, and Google Ads for advertising, conversion measurement, and remarketing. For users in the EEA/UK, we use Google Consent Mode v2 so that Google tags adjust their behavior based on the consent you provide. You can control Google's use of your data via Google Ads Settings (https://adssettings.google.com), the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), and Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
Meta (Facebook and Instagram):
We use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure the effectiveness of our ads and to build custom and lookalike audiences. Server-side measurement (Conversions API) is subject to the same consent requirements as the browser pixel where the data can identify you. We do not upload customer contact lists to Meta for custom-audience targeting without the consent required by Meta's Business Tools Terms and applicable law. You can manage interest-based advertising in your Meta account settings and learn more in Meta's Privacy Policy (https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy).
TikTok:
We use the TikTok Pixel and the TikTok Events API to measure advertising performance and to reach relevant audiences. As required by TikTok's Business Products Terms, we disclose this use and obtain consent where applicable; we do not share special-category or other sensitive data with TikTok. You can manage personalized-ads settings within the TikTok app and learn more in TikTok's Privacy Policy (https://www.tiktok.com/legal/page/row/privacy-policy/en).
Industry opt-out tools: You can also opt out of many interest-based ads through the Digital Advertising Alliance (https://optout.aboutads.info), the Network Advertising Initiative (https://optout.networkadvertising.org), and, in Europe, the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance (https://www.youronlinechoices.eu).
----------------------------------------------------------------
6. WHEN WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION FOR LEGAL REASONS
----------------------------------------------------------------
We may disclose personal information if we believe in good faith that it is necessary to: comply with a legal obligation or valid government request; enforce our agreements; protect the rights, property, or safety of TSURT, our customers, or the public; or detect and prevent fraud or security issues.
----------------------------------------------------------------
7. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
----------------------------------------------------------------
We are based in the United States, and we process and store information in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. If you are located in the EEA, the UK, or another region with data-transfer restrictions, we transfer your information in reliance on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum), or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
----------------------------------------------------------------
8. DATA RETENTION
----------------------------------------------------------------
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Service, comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and legal requirement.
----------------------------------------------------------------
9. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
----------------------------------------------------------------
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your personal information; to opt out of targeted advertising, the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and certain profiling; and to appeal a denied request.
- US residents (California and other states): see our separate "US State Privacy Notice & Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" page for state-specific rights and how to submit requests, including via Global Privacy Control.
- EEA/UK residents: see Section 10.
To exercise any right, contact us at support@tsurt.com. We will verify your identity before responding and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
----------------------------------------------------------------

If you are in the EEA or the UK, TSURT, LLC is the controller of your personal data. Our legal bases for processing are:
- Performance of a contract (to process and deliver your orders and provide the Service);
- Consent (for marketing emails/SMS and for non-essential cookies and advertising technologies — you may withdraw consent at any time);
- Legitimate interests (to secure, operate, and improve our Site and prevent fraud, balanced against your rights); and
- Legal obligation (to comply with applicable law).
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office). EU customers may also use our EU Withdrawal Request form linked in the Site footer.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where a higher age applies under local law). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at support@tsurt.com and we will delete it. Note: you must be at least 18 to create an account or make a purchase (see our Terms of Service).
----------------------------------------------------------------
12. YOUR MARKETING CHOICES
----------------------------------------------------------------
- Email: unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email.

13. SECURITY
----------------------------------------------------------------
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
