Delivery of your items will vary depending on your location and designated shipping method. Typically, items leave our warehouse within 2 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Time = Warehouse Handling Time + Shipping Time
Warehouse Handling Time refers to the amount of time it will take for your order to leave our warehouse. Most items are shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Shipping Time is the amount of time it will take your order to ship once it has left our warehouse.
International orders are subject to duties, customs, brokerage fees, and value-added taxes, which are not calculated at the time of your purchase within the shopping cart. You are, in fact, the 'Importer of record' when you order products from bompa (bompa.com), and therefore, these charges MUST be paid by you upon receipt of the invoice by the shipping agent. In some cases, the invoice may arrive 6-8 weeks after your order arrives. Be sure to verify the additional cost you may incur with the authorities of the country the order is being shipped to. The customs processing time frame is not included in the shipping timeline estimate.
If the due charges are not paid, the merchandise will be returned back to bompa (bompa.com) and you will not be refunded any of the shipping charges.
