US STATE PRIVACY NOTICE & "DO NOT SELL OR SHARE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION"

This Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and describes the rights of residents of US states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws, and how to exercise them. It applies to TSURT, LLC, operating tsurt.com.

1. WHO THIS APPLIES TO

As of 2026, comprehensive state privacy laws are in effect in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Washington (and additional states are being added). Your specific rights depend on your state of residence. We honor the rights below for residents of any state that grants them.

2. "SALE" AND "SHARING" / TARGETED ADVERTISING

We do not sell personal information for money. However, our use of advertising cookies and pixels (Google, Meta, TikTok) to deliver cross-context behavioral / targeted advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under some state laws. You have the right to opt out.
How to opt out:
(a) Use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our website footer; and/or
(b) Enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in a supported browser or extension — we treat GPC as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising for that browser/device; and/or
(c) Email us at support@tsurt.com with the subject "Opt Out."
We do not use personal information to deliver targeted advertising to consumers we know are under 16 without the required consent, and we do not knowingly "sell" or "share" the personal information of consumers under 16.

3. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your state, you have the right to:
- Know/Access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Delete personal information you provided or we collected;
- Data portability (a copy in a portable format);
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising;
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use sensitive information for purposes that require this option, but you may still contact us);
- Opt out of certain profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects;
- Non-discrimination for exercising your rights; and
- Appeal our decision if we deny your request (see Section 5).
California-specific: You have the right to know the categories of personal information collected, the categories of sources, the business/commercial purpose, and the categories of third parties to whom information is disclosed. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond the purposes permitted under the CPRA. We have not "sold" personal information for monetary value in the preceding 12 months; certain advertising activity may constitute "sharing," which you may opt out of as described above.

4. HOW TO SUBMIT A REQUEST

We will verify your identity before fulfilling access, correction, deletion, or portability requests, and we will respond within the timeframe required by your state's law (generally 45 days, extendable as permitted). You may use an authorized agent to submit opt-out requests; we may require proof of authorization.

5. APPEALS

If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing support@tsurt.com with the subject "Privacy Appeal." If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General.

6. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION (SUMMARY)

- Identifiers (name, email, phone, address, IP address);
- Commercial information (orders, purchases, returns);
- Internet/network activity (browsing and interaction with our Site and ads);
- Geolocation (approximate, from IP);
- Inferences for marketing.
We collect these from you, your device, and our service/advertising partners, and disclose them to the categories of providers listed in our Privacy Policy for the business purposes described there.
