TSURT | Pre-Order Terms

These Pre-Order Terms apply to items sold as "Pre-Order" on [pixiesmerch.com / tsurt.com], operated by TSURT, LLC. They supplement our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.
1. WHAT A PRE-ORDER IS
A pre-order lets you reserve an item before it is in stock or released. Estimated availability or ship dates shown on the product page are estimates only and may change.
2. PAYMENT
Your payment method is charged in full at the time you place a pre-order.
3. ESTIMATED SHIP DATES & DELAYS
Release and ship dates are provided by suppliers and may shift due to manufacturing, licensing, or supply delays. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant delays. Because your card is charged at the time of order, the following applies (consistent with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule): if we cannot ship within 30 days of any stated estimate (or within 30 days of your order if no date is stated) and cannot provide a revised shipping date that you accept, you may cancel for a full refund.
4. ORDERS WITH MULTIPLE ITEMS
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we will hold the entire order and ship it together when the pre-order item is ready, unless the product page or checkout states otherwise.
5. CANCELLATIONS BY YOU
You may request to cancel a pre-order before it ships by contacting support@tsurt.com. Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method. Once a pre-order has shipped, the Return & Refund Policy applies.
6. CANCELLATIONS BY US
We may cancel a pre-order and issue a full refund if the item becomes unavailable, is discontinued, or if there was a pricing or description error.
7. RETURNS
Pre-Orders are listed as non-returnable in our Return & Refund Policy except where required by law or where the item arrives damaged/defective (in which case contact us within 30 days of delivery).
