Delivery Times

Delivery of your items will vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Most orders leave our warehouse within 2–3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Please note that shipments may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Time = Warehouse Handling Time + Shipping Time

Warehouse Handling Time is the time required for your order to leave our warehouse. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

Shipping Time begins once your order has left our warehouse and has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, import processing fees, value-added taxes (VAT), carrier handling charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total at checkout unless otherwise stated and are the responsibility of the recipient.

You are the Importer of Record for your shipment and are responsible for complying with all import laws and regulations of the destination country, including the payment of any applicable duties, taxes, or fees.

Effective July 2026: The European Union removed its low-value import exemption. As a result, orders shipped to EU destinations may be subject to customs duties, import processing fees, and carrier handling charges regardless of order value.

Your shipping carrier or local customs authority may contact you to collect any applicable import charges before or upon delivery. In some cases, customs invoices or import fee notices may be issued several weeks after delivery.

Customs clearance times vary by country and are outside of our control. Customs processing delays are not included in the estimated shipping transit times displayed at checkout.

If an order is refused because customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not paid, any return shipping costs, carrier fees, customs charges, or other expenses incurred will be deducted from any eligible refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the outstanding charges are not paid and the shipment is returned to TSURT (TSURT.com), the customer will not be refunded any shipping charges associated with the order.

We do not ship to third-party package forwarding or freight forwarding companies (also known as package forwarding services or "ship houses").

Delivered Shipments

While we take reasonable precautions to ensure your package arrives safely, TSURT, LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

• Checking around your delivery location and with household members or neighbors.

• Contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request GPS delivery information, when available.

• Contacting your local post office or carrier terminal for additional assistance.

TSURT, LLC is unable to reimburse or replace packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier unless otherwise required by applicable law.
