SMS / MOBILE MESSAGING TERMS

These SMS Terms govern the TSURT text-message program operated by TSURT, LLC ("we," "us," "our") at tsurt.com. By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (e.g., new releases, sales, tour dates, cart reminders, and order/account alerts) from or on behalf of TSURT, LLC at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
2. HOW TO OPT IN
You can opt in by submitting your mobile number through a sign-up form on our Site, at checkout, or by texting our published keyword to our number, and by checking the consent box where presented. You confirm you are the account holder or have authority to consent for the number provided and that you are at least 18.
3. MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Message frequency varies (for example, based on your activity and our campaigns).
4. COST
Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier. Check your mobile plan for details.
5. HOW TO OPT OUT / GET HELP

6. SUPPORTED CARRIERS & DELIVERY
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
7. PRIVACY
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy [link]. We do not sell mobile opt-in data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
8. CHANGES & TERMINATION
We may change or discontinue the program, any number/short code, or these SMS Terms at any time, with notice where required. Your continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and are subject to the dispute provisions of our Terms of Service.
