EU Product Safety and Traceability Information

The General Product Safety Regulation, or GPSR, establishes product safety and traceability requirements for consumer products sold within the European Union.

Reporting a Product Safety Concern

To report a possible product safety issue, accident, injury, or missing safety information, please email support@tsurt.com.

Please provide as much of the following information as possible:

• Product name and description

• Product SKU, style number, or product identification number

• Order number, when applicable

• Date and location of purchase

• Description of the concern or incident

• Photographs of the product, packaging, labels, and affected area

• Whether an injury or property damage occurred

Please stop using the product if you believe it may present an immediate safety risk.

Product Identification and Traceability

Products sold through this site may be identified by one or more of the following:

• Product name

• Product image

• SKU or product identification number

• Blank garment style number

• Batch, production, or supplier information

• Information printed on the product, packaging, sewn-in label, hangtag, or accompanying documentation

When contacting us, please provide any identifying information visible on the product or packaging so we can locate the appropriate product records.

Apparel and Other Soft Goods

Our apparel and soft goods may include T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, hats, tote bags, and similar merchandise.

Depending on the product:

• The blank garment manufacturer and style may be identified on the product page or garment label.

• Fibre composition and country-of-origin information may be shown on the sewn-in garment label.

• Care instructions are generally provided on the garment’s sewn-in label.

• Products may be decorated using screen printing, embroidery, digital printing, appliqué, or other customary garment-decoration methods.

• Adult apparel is intended for ordinary casual wear unless otherwise stated.

Because garment styles and suppliers may vary between products and production runs, customers should refer to the information provided with the individual product.

Posters, Recorded Media and Accessories

Posters, vinyl records, CDs, cassettes, pins, patches, keychains, drinkware, printed accessories, and other merchandise may be produced by different manufacturers or suppliers.

Product-specific materials, intended use, warnings, age recommendations, and safety instructions will be provided on the product page, product packaging, label, or accompanying documentation when applicable.

Products should only be used for their intended purpose.

Product Safety Notices

Any product requiring a particular warning, age restriction, assembly instruction, or safety notice will have that information displayed on the product page, packaging, product label, or accompanying documentation when applicable.

Examples may include:

• Small-parts or choking-hazard warnings

• Age recommendations

• Flammability precautions

• Food-contact or cleaning instructions

• Battery or electronic-product warnings

• Instructions for safe handling, use, storage, or disposal

Please contact us immediately if you believe required product safety information is missing or unclear.

Compliance and Corrective Action

TSURT LLC maintains product identification and safety records appropriate to the products it sells.

When a potential safety concern is reported, we may:

• Request photographs or additional product information

• Review the applicable product and supplier records

• Contact the manufacturer, supplier, or EU Responsible Person

• Provide safety instructions or other corrective information

• Arrange a replacement, refund, withdrawal, or recall when appropriate

• Notify the appropriate authorities when required

Consumer safety concerns are reviewed as promptly as reasonably possible.
